Mike Ketchum formed Construction Recruiting International in March, 1983 and has a total of  over 25 years of specialized Human Resource Management experience.    Mike purchased a franchise from MRI in 1981 and after a two year period, the decision was made to specialize in the construction industry.  Prior to that, Mike had over 20 years of  Human Resource Management experience with other companies.
